Aircommand wishes to resolve any warranty problem as quickly and simply as possible. This will occur if the following procedure is followed.

You advise us of the problem. Do this by either filling out the service enquire form or contacting us direct. We will need the model, serial number, date of purchase, owner's name, address, phone number and current location as well as a description of the problem.

We advise you of our nearest authorized service repairer and issue them with a warranty work order authorization.

You take your van or vehicle to them and get the problem fixed.
Note: Warranty repairs must only be done by our authorized service repairers and we must supply them with a warranty work order number before work proceeds.
We also remind our customers that our warranty conditions clearly state "It is the purchaser's responsibility to deliver unit to the manufacturer's nearest authorized service centre.
